Wrap Top in Linen
Wrap Top in Linen
The wrap top.
Made from soft 100% linen in red (+ other color options). This top can be worn a few ways, which I love. Open in the front and tie at the waist, or turn around for a higher neckline and wrap around waist. The fit of this top can also be slightly adjusted by how tight or loose you tie the straps.
I went on a trip to Japan last spring and kept dreaming of wearing a top just like this - flattering and easy - and then found this color and fell in love and knew it had to happen (it did, and worked great for the trip).
Please keep in mind the red color(s) I am currently using (due to the other original rust red being out of stock from my supplier) is different than the one in photos. I was having trouble deciding between two new red options, so I decided to make both available.
These are the two red linen options currently: 1. Orange Red - a bright orange toned red. 2. Wine Red - resembles the rust most to me but is slightly darker toned. You can select which one you’d like at check out, and there are examples of the fabric colors at the bottom of the photos on this listing (orange then wine). True colors are hard to show in photos and keep in mind the actual color may vary slightly than what you see on the screen.
This top can be made in any color linen I carry! There will be options below or message me if you don’t see the one you’re looking for.
These are made to order with love + care.
Keep in mind this top sometimes goes off the shoulder occasionally. It can be tied tighter and moved around the front for more coverage and to prevent this. Here is how I typically wrap it:
When on (wrap side on front) put the side with the longest strap (your right) under the left and pull through the hole in the left side of top. I like to pull it pretty tight for a good fit.
Pull all the way around the back and lay it flat over the bottom of the back
Pull around to your right and then tie to the left strap.
I typically tie it higher up to the right and tighter which provides more coverage (it can also be tied lower and looser and worn more relaxed with something under).
Made to last but I always recommend hand or spot washing handmade clothing as often as possible.
If you machine wash use a gentle setting with like colors and always hang/air dry.
Iron on medium heat and not directly onto top or steam.
Sizing is general sizing as usual. This top is more adjustable than others. As always, feel free to message me with any sizing questions or adjustments you would like made.
